2023 BARRETT-JACKSON CUP
Barrett-Jackson is now accepting applications to compete in the prestigious Barrett-Jackson Cup, which recognizes the talent and craftsmanship of custom car and truck builders, as part of the 2023 Scottsdale Auction at WestWorld of Scottsdale, January 21-29.
Of the total registrations submitted, 50 Cup entries will be selected by Barrett-Jackson and will be on display inside the auction arena and paraded across the auction block on Family Day, scheduled for Saturday, January 21, ahead of the sale days.
The Ultimate Best in Show award will be chosen from the Top Five finalists on the auction block during Super Saturday, by renowned builders Bobby Alloway and Troy Trepanier. All 50 cars will be eligible to win the People’s Choice award that is chosen by auction fans around the world via social media.
The Ultimate Best in Show winner will receive a $20,000 cash purse among other prizes. Those selected as a Top 5 finalist will receive a tool chest and gift certificates.
The deadline to apply is December 1st, 2022. Accepted vehicles will be informed by December 5, 2022.

Competition was fierce for the 2023 Barrett-Jackson Cup. 51 incredible custom vehicles from some of the best custom car and truck builders in the country and as far away as Australia were hand-selected by members of the Barrett-Jackson team. Our expert judges — hot rod builder Bobby Alloway and automobile designer and builder Troy Trepanier — scrutinized the competitors and narrowed the field to the Top 5 finalists. On Saturday, January 29, the judges revealed their pick for the prestigious Ultimate Best in Show.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
51 incredible vehicles from some of the best custom car and truck builders from across America and the world vied for the 2023 Barrett-Jackson Cup. Our expert judges — hot rod builder Bobby Alloway and automobile designer and builder Troy Trepanier — narrowed down this incredible field to five finalists. Then our Barrett-Jackson and custom car fans voted on their favorite from these five amazing vehicles. Thousands of votes were cast for the People’s Choice award, and the winner was revealed on Saturday, January 29.
The winner of the 2023 People’s Choice award is the 1964 Buick Riviera.
